159: Post Traumatic Growth

Mormon Mental Health Association Colleague, Kelly Furr, joins Natasha on this episode of Mormon Mental Health. Kelly is a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern and helped with the tragic school shooting in Parkland, Florida, in February 14, 2018, as members of the community were directly affected. Kelly shares her experience while also sharing insights into how to help victims affected by trauma.
